Privacy
What this site collects, why, who else handles it and how to ask us about it. Last updated 23 September 2026.
In short
- We set no cookies, show no ads and do not track you across other sites.
- Visitor statistics are counted without cookies and without identifying you.
- If you use the contact form, we receive what you write and use it only to reply.
- We never sell or rent personal data.
Who is responsible
This site is run by Sinners Agency, which is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
When you visit the site
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which sits in front of our server to protect it and make it load faster. To deliver a page, Cloudflare and our server necessarily process your IP address and technical details of the request: the page asked for, the time, your browser and device type. This is used to serve the site, to keep it secure and to stop abuse, for example by limiting how many requests a single address can make. We do not use it to identify you.
Fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not contact Google or any other font service.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which sites visitors come from, their country, browser and device type, and how fast pages load. It does not use cookies or local storage, and does not create a profile of you or follow you to other sites. We only ever see totals.
The contact form
When you send the form we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company, topic, the talent you mention, a portfolio link and your message. We also record the IP address the message came from, so we can deal with abuse and spam.
- Why: to read your request and reply to it, and, if it leads to a collaboration, to follow it up.
- Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser and connection to tell people from automated programs.
- How it reaches us: the message is sent by email through Brevo and lands in our mailbox, hosted by Zoho in its EU data centres.
- How long: we keep your message for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then delete it. If it leads to a collaboration, we keep what is needed for as long as the collaboration lasts and as long as the law requires afterwards.
You can also write to us directly at our email address; the same applies to those messages.
What is stored on your device
Some talents link to platforms with content for adults, and the site asks you to confirm you are 18 or older before opening those links. When you confirm, your browser remembers it (in local storage, under sinners:age-confirmed) so you are not asked again. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Nothing else is stored.
Links to other platforms
Talent profiles link to Twitch, YouTube, X, TikTok, RPlay, Patreon and similar platforms. Once you follow a link, that platform’s own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Who else handles your data
These providers process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above and under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): delivery and security of the site, visitor statistics, spam protection on the form.
- Sendinblue SAS (Brevo, France): sending the contact form email.
- Zoho Corporation B.V. (Netherlands, EU data centres): our email.
Cloudflare may process data in the United States. It is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing agreement includes the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Legal basis
- Replying to the contact form and following up on it: taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Security, abuse prevention and visitor statistics: our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and understanding, in aggregate, how it is used (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- The age confirmation is stored because you asked for the link it unlocks; it needs no consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict how we use it or to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live or work.
Age
Parts of this site concern content for adults. The contact form is meant for adults and businesses: if you are under 18, please do not send us personal data.
Changes
If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
